Geviton is an Original Equipment Manufacturing company with a rich background in hardware innovation for creating specialized IP for electronic design and manufacturing. For this project, the task was to rebrand the company’s identity. The rebrand was necessitated by a lack of brand consistency across visual elements. Also, since the company was evolving in its audience reach and product offerings, they needed to update the brand to stay relevant and adapt to modern trends. In the beginning stages of this project, we evaluated the shortcomings of the existing identity and found that the brand lacked visual consistency and needed an update to fit the company's projected growth. Next, since the company had a brand strategy in place, we collaborated to develop an identity that was aligned to this strategy. We came up with three directions, but opted to go with one. Later, we developed a brand guideline to provide for usage of the new identity consistently across all touchpoints, which included digital, print, and other marketing collateral. Finally, we launched the new brand identity and implemented it in the company landing page designs, among other areas.
